. We go through a lot of things in our life and only in a year everything can change for us. Those changes can happened do to what we had or have learned and have want through in the past. It can also help us not to make the same mistake as we did in the past or we observer from what other have done. This paper is about applying the knowledge and application to long-term memories, classical conditioning, positive reinforcement and child learn language. Long-term memories are files that are stored in the folder area of our brains. We use these memories to learn from them, so we can safeguard against things that are similar to these experiences we had in the pasted. For example, when a kids sees milk and then anything happens until he sees a chocolate chips cookies and he can not take his sees eyes out of the cookies, natural stimulus is the milk and there was no respond by the by the child and he let he see the cookie which unconditioned stimulus. Then the next time that kids sees milk that there is going to be cookies for him. Which mean unconditioned stimulus is the cookie and the response his eyes which is now the unconditioned response. After that the kids sees milk which is the conditioned stimulus and his eyes are the conditioned response. It’s interesting because you can tests it on an animal or a person to see what they would do for something they desired the most. It’s useful for people and animal because it can help with adapt to the environment, deal with dangerous situations and learn through observation. Positive reinforcement is the adding of an item to increase a certain behavior or response. If you give someone two dollars for every time you saw them smiley and they would smile every time they see you and that is positive r einforcement. One of the best ways to ensure the colleges regarding the prevention of the abuse is to give them ample awareness measures so that they can get adequate ideas about how to deal with such incidents. The IACLEA recognized the necessity of the college training for prevention of such abuses and based on that the Accreditation programs are conducted so as to bring a line of the control of interference The necessity of drawing a line till where the external interference is allowed has come up because the recent cases report the guns drawn by the police to settle matters for those cases which in reality was a minor case. The parents even reported that the police push the students against the wall and snatches their bags in search of illicit materials which may affect adversely upon the mentality of the students. They even come up with the students and carries the even without saying anything. The situation becomes worse day by day due to the over interference of the police. Some of the students are simply taken due to the suspicion and kept detained until the search gets over. Nowadays the reports even explain about the school children bringing guns to the schools. They hurt not only themselves but to the surroundings ultimately bringing harm to them as well. It is important to draw a line in this aspect to prevent any external consequences interfering in the business. The parents and the school authority must appoint some counselors other than forcing violence and pressure upon them mentally and physically (ncjrs.gov, 2016). The recent federal laws brought some amendments that required establishing strong rules preventing the increasing risks. There are several people, who are admitted in the hospital due to ladder fall in workplace or within the premise of house. This problem has become so significant that even the governing body of the organization is worried about this. Several health care organizations are going to take initiative for public awareness ("A retrospective case-control study of ladder fall accidents", 2002). VicHealth is trying to raise fund for Public Awareness Campaign to reduce the numbers of Ladder falls. However, due to lack of proper information, this public awareness programs cannot be implemented properly. There is no particular reason behind the fall from ladder and there is no particular place of fall. To reduce the chance of ladder fall in workplaces training are provided to the employees but in domestic situation public awareness programs are initiated ("A scenario analysis of ladder fall accidents", 2002). There is certainly significance behind conducting this study. Almost 582 cases are registered, who are admitted in the Alfred Hospital of Australia due to ladder fall. Among them 58 patients are admitted in the ICU and 15 of them are dead within the period of Five years (Animal caretaker breaks arm and wrist after ladder fall, 2011). In average almost 120 people are injured in ladder fall. Therefore, it is necessary to judge the reason behind such incident. Often the researcher is trying to find out the reason behind this fall and they conclude with that patients are often unable to get back their real life.
